Too Much Noise

Banged up Body

Willie is screaming
He came alone
Not throats, hands hold pencils
Not people, fingers hit keys
A behind black and blue
Body coated in red

Lights out Brain

Electrons power down
Glimpses of reason in the dark
What will never be taught?
Enough lies learned
Still trapped inside
The dead are hungry

Stilled voice

Unheard
He was invisible
No one ever knew
To care, to know
So how could they know?
If he ever existed
A skipped beat

Okay a few
Couple more
She wasn’t that pretty anyway
No girl is
Because dream girls
Become real

Breath away

Rotten
Like my soul
Surprised I had so many
Loves
Let this be the last
Hopefully

But there’s still noise
Pages turning
People rejoicing
Words burning
Too much noise

Her laughing
Moaning
Screaming
And then OUR silence
What did I do?

My lips are sealed
Too much noise
