When She Awakes

When she awakes what will she do?
We had just met and found us a room
Could it be love at very first sight?
Maybe our lust we spent in the night
Or I’m a monster, so many believe
Just a mistake, I am indeed

When she awakes what will she say?
As the night does slip away
How did I find her how did we know?
So happy together, love we made known
Or she was drunk maybe so high
A drink I did spike or quote me a price

When she awakes what will she feel?
I’d wake her myself but don’t have the will
I am her love; I am the one
She is the one to be my bun
Or she will feel so sick and ill
Rip me to shreds; she’ll want to kill

When she awakes what will think?
To be with me my heart does sink
Love is a moment, is there a reason?
Being together for all of the seasons
Or look at me strange and ask the why
A freak and a loser while so many guys

When she awakes what will she do
The lady is stirring, beginning to move
Bracing my heart so fragile not tough
Could it be true, maybe she loves
Or when she wakes and opens her eyes
The truth I know, she says goodbye…
